4. What should I ask the retailer in New Zealand or Australia if I want to buy Pacific Islands Top-Up voucher?

Simply visit any partner retail outlet in New Zealand or Australia and ask them you want to buy Pacific Islands Top-Up or Vodafone Fiji Top-Up. Once you get the Pacific Islands Top-Up or Vodafone Fiji Top-Up voucher, simply follow the instructions given on the voucher to perform the Top-Up transaction.

5. How can I perform the Top-Up transaction or redeem the Pacific Islands Top-Up voucher?

The instructions are as follows:

a. You need to have access to the internet in order to load the Pacific Islands Top-Up or the Vodafone Fiji Top-Up voucher to a particular Vodafone or Inkk number

e. Enter the 7 digit mobile number (Vodafone Fiji or Inkk Mobile number – our system will automatically know whether the number entered is a Vodafone Fiji or Inkk Mobile number)

f. Then, enter the 14 digit PIN number given in the Pacific Islands Top-Up or the Vodafone Fiji Top-Up voucher

g. Next, Type in your FREE personalised SMS Greeting that you would like to send to the mobile number receiving the Top-Up (Optional). You can send a FREE SMS of up to a maximum of 100 characters every time you send a top-up to your family or friends in Fiji.

h. Click on the Submit button.

i. You will get a message stating “Recharge is Successful”

Note: The value of Top-Up credited to the Fiji mobile number will be in Fijian dollars.

You can also send the 14 digit PIN (mentioned in step (f)) by sms or any other messaging app to your family or friends in Fiji who can then Top-Up themselves using the USSD short-code *132#

6. Are there any additional benefits?

Yes, with every Pacific Islands Top-Up sent the receiver will get 5UP of the Top-Up value and 30 minutes free International calls from Fiji to any of the following destinations; New Zealand, Australia, China, India, USA, Canada, Sri Lanka and Japan. The 30 minutes free calls are valid for 24hrs.
