Refunds for voucher-based transactions will be processed through the retail outlet where the Pacific Islands Top-Up voucher was purchased.
Refunds for online transactions will be processed via the payment method used for the purchase, after verification.
6. Voucher-Based Transactions

To redeem a voucher, customers must follow the instructions provided on the voucher or on the website.
